LMU Munich

In the summer term of 2010 Karl Petersen and Dr. Christian Zwirner will give two guest lectures as part of the series of lectures on "Unternehmensrechnung: Grundlagen der Konzernunternehmung" ("Management Accounting: Fundamentals of Group Enterprises") by Prof. Dr. Dr. Manuel R. Theisen at the LMU Munich. The lectures are based on the close cooperation between Kleeberg and Prof. Dr. Dr. Manuel R. Theisen, Head of the Institute for Business Taxation and Tax Law at the LMU Munich.

In these lectures, various speakers working at universities and in the practice will impart to students the fundamentals of group enterprises. In addition to group enterprise theory, management and accounting will also be explained within the corporate group on the basis of practical examples. Group monitoring - both internally and externally - is also a subject of this multi-faceted series of lectures.

A detailed overview of the arrangement of the lectures is available here [German only]. For greater immersion in the contents discussed, we recommend the selected specialist literature [German only].
