Daniel Lauschke provides advice primarily in the area of corporate law. In particular, he advises on transactions, company formations, transformations, joint ventures and related antitrust issues as well as on issues related to anti-money laundering and various general issues involving civil, IT and business law.
In addition, he assists our clients in developing and implementing contracts tailored to their particular needs, both in German and English.
Daniel Lauschke is an avid archer, who – for a long time – has also been looking into innovative technology intensively. He is particularly interested in the field of artificial intelligence and the involved legal aspects.
