Andreas Kuhn advises companies on the development and implementation of sustainable strategies and the integration of regulatory ESG requirements, particularly in the context of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). His advice combines in-depth expertise with a practical approach and supports companies in anchoring sustainability in their core business in a strategic, impact-orientated and legally compliant manner.
One focus of his work is the design and implementation of efficient ESG reporting processes as well as the interpretation and practical application of current regulatory frameworks. He also supports companies in the digital transformation of sustainability and financial data, in particular through the selection and introduction of suitable ESG software solutions.
In the area of climate management, Andreas Kuhn provides support in the preparation and assessment of greenhouse gas (GHG) balances and in the development of long-term climate strategies. In addition, he brings extensive expertise in the design of resource-efficient and circular business models.
He also focuses on the integration of biodiversity aspects into corporate strategy – an increasingly relevant field of action in the context of holistic sustainability approaches.
Thanks to his studies in forest sciences and resource management at the Technical University of Munich and his technical-administrative training in the higher administrative service, Andreas Kuhn has an interdisciplinary perspective that effectively combines scientific, technical and regulatory aspects.
