Dr. Hannes Zieglmaier is a generalist who focuses on assisting multinational companies, single family offices and private equity / venture capital funds with complex preparation and declaration work as well as a wide range of issues with an increased focus on international tax law. He can already look back on twenty years of experience in the tax consulting profession, starting with his training as an assistant tax consultant in 2003.
In addition, Dr. Hannes Zieglmaier is also active in national and international tax structuring consulting. He advises on tax-optimized structuring, company acquisitions and sales, reorganizations and transformations.
Characterized by his generalist approach, Dr. Hannes Zieglmaier also conducts voluntary and statutory audits of annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and prepares tax reports according to US-GAAP and IFRS for German subsidiaries of foreign group parent companies.
Since quite some time now Dr. Hannes Zieglmaier, in liaison with one of his start-up clients, has studied possible applications of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various areas and industries.
In his private life he is a family man and loves to spend time with his two children and his wife.
